Our Associate Program is a hands-on training path designed to help emerging professionals build a strong foundation behind the chair. Associates work one-on-one with our dedicated mentors to develop technical skills, guest experience, and confidence in a real salon environment.
The program follows a performance-based structure that supports steady growth and a smooth transition into a stylist role. We’re always looking for individuals who are motivated, open to learning, and excited to grow within a supportive, team-focused culture.
guest services
Our Guest Services team is often the first point of connection for our guests, both in person and over the phone. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, seamless experience while helping the day run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be trained to support service recommendations, at-home care, and overall guest flow.
spa
professionals
Our spa team includes skilled professionals across skincare, massage, hair removal, lashes, and more. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft and committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality experiences for every guest.
